Lodging Ranger
Purpose of the Job
The services we provide center around pets, and the BARK Ranger is the team member who cares for them directly. This person provides the high quality of individualized care that our clients expect and works diligently to ensure BARK always is a safe and clean environment for our team, our guests, and our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
The Ranger’s duty is to ensure that BARK is providing high quality, fun, and luxurious care to every pet. This is accomplished through two primary responsibilities: care for the guests and care for the facility. The Ranger is responsible for both the direct interactions with the guests and the indirect interactions through the cleanliness and safety of our facility.
All BARK Rangers begin their training with lodging responsibilities. They are expected to learn quickly and progress to higher levels of responsibility. Within a few months, a Ranger should be ready to begin training in daycare responsibilities. Our goal is that fully trained Ranger will have opportunities to work in both lodging and daycare.
